Looking at my performance chart and enabling “load” I see that atheltica assumes/anticipates a load of 470 for all my races… independent of duration or whatever. That’s clearly too high!

I am not ruling out that I set this somewher myself, but in any case would like to “fix” it. I would have decent approximations of what I believe it will be for the various races – how can I enter them to the system?

What kind of races are they? I looked back to the two Ironman’s I did in 2023 and the loads were: 693 and 772…and over 500 for some of my Half Ironman’s…..so maybe they are not too far off?

Mass start, very unequal intensity distributions, very different from an ironman/etc….

The first one is a local 60 km Gravel race (150 TSS?), the next ones are UCI gravel age-group qualifiers, 90–150 km. They are more on the 200…350 TSS scale…

I guess one should “simply” add an expected “Average intensity” or AP and with the already expected duration that gives a decent load estimate…
