How soon after A race can I replan?

As the title says really, I have Ironman València 70.3 in April set as my A race, however I then have a few more races in July and September to do.

How soon after the first race can I replan for the rest of the year? Is it immediately after, so it only takes 1 recovery week, or do I need to finish the plan fully before starting again?

Also, will the AI continue with my current level of fitness or “reset” back to the threshold levels?

Hi @jockefc23… you can reset immediately after the race during your recovery week. The recovery week is advised because a 70.3 will take it out of you. But I would plan it then, and probably tick the box to skip the test week and get right back into training after the recovery week. Yes it will continue with current level of fitness…
