How to have ''durability'' workouts

I’ve got a question for you.
My main speciality is time trialling, as I train only indoor and road racing is absolutely not for me. I still perform long rides on the trainer, ranging from 3 to 4 hours. I always trained durability, with this term I mean ‘‘produce efforts after x calories or time’’.
Is there any plan on the platform that involves those typeof training ride? I selected time-trial, speaking for myself. I can easiliy trick the system by creating my own ‘‘durability’’ workouts, but still, would be nice to use AI also for it.

Hello @Cagnone, the goal for Athletica is to get you as fit as possible for your race or target event. So when you add your events, you can target what kind of event you do. However, if you don’t do the events, you can “train to maintain” and do more. It’s impressive that you can spend regular 3 to 4 hour sessions on the trainer!
