You say 4 hours then 5 hours of sleep. Was this two consecutive days of short sleep? If so, I’d expect it to caution you. If it’s just a single day where one metric is off I’ve heard mention in a few places that the AI may not flag it if other metrics look ok.
Actually, I slept 5 hours and 55 minutes on Friday and 3 hours and 53 minutes on Saturday.
No Problem! Green comes from a multi-day trend analysis…obviously, a downward trend will give you orange and then red…
Today i m in the same situation
3hr 53 mins IS 3.9hrs.
3 hours and 53 minutes or 3.9 hours is still very little sleep.
