Hi Team,
Recently I have had AI coach tell me I hit a new personal record. The problem is I don’t know which?! As I don’t see anything “unusual”? How would I know which “personal record” I just hit after a session?

Hey Nicole,
Have a look at your Analysis tab and when your WR (green dotted line) hits 0, it means you’ve hit a new personal beta effort the last 6 weeks. Not necessarily all-time PB in terms of new 5k record but training best effort, if that makes sense.
Best, MJ

If you also hover over the graph on a desktop or laptop, you can see which part of your pace or power curve saw a PB. Mine below are for power, for running it’ll be pace.
Here’s where I set a PB during long HIIT, you can see that the limiting maximal mean power was for my 2 minutes 30 seconds duration.
Here’s the output during a 9 hour 32 min long duration event , where you can see that the limiting maximal mean power was for the 2 hour duration.
