I am attempting to create a plan for a sprint triathlon. Choosing low volume resulted in training weeks of 9+ hours every week. This is despite the recomendation on the training settings page saying 0-7 hours. To attempt to solve this, in the advanced section I put in the maximum number of hours as 7 and the minimum as 5. It still gave me 9 and 10 hour weeks from the beginning. Is this a bug, or is doing 10 hour weeks required for your sprint triathlon plans? ---
