I have recently started using Whoop and I do not wear my Garmin at night anymore. Now my RHR etc is totally off. Whoop is fed into intervals.icu. Is there a way to stop Athletica from using Garmin as wellness data source? I assume disconnecting Garmin solves this as well, but then I do not get the running workouts on my watch anymore. So hoping for another solution.

I also think it is not possible to delete faulty welness data?

You can stop Garmin pushing health data to Athletica.

Open Garmin Connect on your phone \> More \> Settings \> Connected Apps \> Athletica \> toggle Daily Health Stats to off. Your workouts and all that jazz will still work.

If you’re so inclined you can still sync your Garmin wellness data into Intervals.icu, but with granular control within Intervals. So you could set it to still take your steps, but discard the sleep for example.
