I’m an endurance athlete with a strong focus on time trials and triathlon. My main goal for 2025 is to be in peak shape for the King of the Lake time trial on September.

I follow a structured, polarized training approach and use Athletica to intelligently adapt my sessions based on performance data. I analyze progress with Intervals.icu and Strava, and train with power on Zwift using a Wahoo Kickr Core.
