Weekend warrior who has completed 12 sprint or olympic distance triathlons in the past 10 years, including Chicago and New Jersey State several times, and Escape the Cape in Cape May (among others). Got into Escape from Alcatraz this year so training at the moment is geared towards that race in June. I live in Northeast Pennsylvania and mostly train solo.
