When chatting with the AI Coach it uses my combined form rather than my cycling form. My cycling form is deeply negative at the moment. The joys of ultra cycling event distances and durations
. The AI coach uses my combined form, which whilst still negative is not as negative (about 20 higher) as just my cycling form.
My question is this. Should the AI coach use the form that gives the lowest value, when discussing recovery status and any adjustments to plan?
