Hi ! I subscribed for one year 2 days ago. During my free trial I interacted with the ai coach pretty often since I though the usage % reset with my subscription but apparently it isn’t the case. Now my usage is 100% and can’t use the ai coach in 20 days, which is frustrating. According to the information I got usage should reset with a new subscription, am I right?
It’s not a very cool thing to do to the customer base that is paying for a ai training platform, but it is what it is I guess. I find the platform most helpful in load balancing the progression and having the ability to use workout wizard when it used to work but frankly I see the ai coach as a little bit lacking. Recently I was ill and panicked about missing volume by canceling workouts. To me it seems it just shifted all that volume into later workouts, I could be wrong. Lately I’ve been keeping chat gpt up to date with my health and metrics. I then feed it my workouts to analyse my performance and it in turn modifies the suggestions of Athletica to something that matches where I am at, all without limits. For example chat gpt, why would Athletica prescribe a 3.5 hour over under workout when you had a fever cough and myalgias 3 days ago me I have no clue, chat let’s try some zone 1/2 then give me the file and we can ramp up slowly tomorrow. It then spits out a zwo file I plug into Zwift and away I go. However I can’t imagine plugging all my races into chat and having it build a whole year out with all the stuff Athletica does including automatic import of all the data. I just wish the ai would help modify the progression more on our conversations, and do without limits.
How do I know when the 30 days are over and the AI coach will be reset to zero? Is there anywhere an Info on that? Thanks
I do not think that there is a hard reset - but you have a certain amount of interactions within a gliding 30day period.
@ddolezal is correct.
There is no hard reset; but a sliding 30-day average. You can see your usage percentage indicated on the top of your ai coach window.
Ah, ok. Understood. Thanks for that clarification.
