Is it possible to make my run workout use HR instead of pace as the metric on my Garmin? I really like following along with the prescribed workout, but I’m also in the upper midwest and running outside is just not an option right now. I’m happy to run by feel/HR on the dreadmill, but then my watch verbally judges me the entire time.
As far as I know you can configure that in the “connected app” settings. Just open the Garmin settings there and you will see all your options.
