Hello everyone… using ATHLETICA for my workouts and to train my athletes, I wonder and I am asked if we should not use Workout Wizard to replace certain workouts to align them with the “effort” requests to create a correct Power Profile as recommended by the AI Coach or if we should replace them to better adapt them to our Race needs, for example by replacing SIT 30/30 with Long HIIT BIKE or in SWIM.
I use “Coach” Workout Wizard a lot. What can I say it is often more convenient to run than to ride my bike. Most times Workout Wizard just kinda duplicates it if using it for modality. And it works well and the run is typically shorter as well.
For duration it will give you an option that is shorter but more intense like a 40”/20”.
I usually let my coach I did change the workout it using workout wizard. And often times I will use my judgement. Depending when I am using the Workout Wizard if I am in base I will follow it. If I am having a race event the following weekend I will take it like a suggestion or really listen to how I am feeling and do a fewer of the reps if needed.
I really like the workout wizard it has taken me some time to learn it and feel it has evolved really well.
