Can someone please explain to me best way to get Form Swim Goggles data into Athletica.ai, with existing integration limitations. I realize they are not yet compatible and several requests have gone in, but I’d still like to do manually in the meantime. I don’t mind copy my Athletica structured workouts into Form. I’m just trying to figure out how to get the results of workout back into Athletica. I also have Garmin Forerunner that I can use as intermediary but OK if it doesn’t go through Garmin. I’d also rather not pay for another’s subscription like TrainingPeaks or TriDot which Form does currently sync to.
If the Form platform supports exporting workouts as a FIT file, you can manually upload those to Athletica
Yes, you can export the completed workout as a FIT file and import it into Athletica. Another workaround is to use Strava.
Thanks. Last time I tried that with Garmin data it didn’t work or more precisely I think Athletica didn’t take detailed info (eg only my total time and total yardage not interval data) from the swim. Is that going to be same lack of detail? Is Strava better?
From my experience, if the platform includes that info in the FIT file, Athletica will read it. I haven’t done that from Strava but I have from Zwift and HealthFit (an iOS app that will export things from Apple Health) and its included all of the data (power, pace, hr, gps, etc)

Not sure about Garmin. I did a swim workout today with my Form goggles and used Strava to sync the workout to Athletica. It captured the intervals pretty good. Please see screenshot of the session chart from Athletica of my swim.

You can have Form send to Strava and have Strava send to Athletica, or can use an app like RunGap to send the workout to Intervals ICU or Training Peaks and both of those also push into Athletica. Hope that helps!

Question for you Peter - did you recreate the Athletica structured workout in Form? Or how did you push the Athletica workout to Form?
