New to Athletica and excited to use it for the next 6 months to prep for a marathon and Ironman race. I plan to ask lots of questions, so here goes.
I understand that you limit the AI usage, but when I go to ask a question, it preemptively asks one on my behalf. It’s using up my limited consumption, how do I turn it off. Otherwise, if you can’t, it shouldn’t count against my usage cap. Thank you.

If you click from your dashboard in the upper right, you’re accepting its suggestion to ask about your recent training so a question populates and sends:
But if you click on the icon (lower right for me, you can change location in settings so it might be somewhere else), it doesn’t automatically suggest anything so just opens, maybe try that:
I think the reason for the auto-sending in the first case is due to some of our feedback that it can be hard to get started with AI coach (what do I ask? what can it do? decision paralysis?) ask so it’s helping by starting the convo which you can then continue more naturally. But you have the option to just open it by clicking the icon instead.
