How can I fix incorrect data in previous workouts?

I’ve looked through old posts, but I couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for.

My activity history is cluttered with inaccurate data across all sports, making my PRs look ridiculous. My training zones are also messed up.

What’s the best way to clean this up?

I think the best way is to delete the fit file of corrupted/inaccurate data and enter duration, distance and estimated load manually. I know, big slow job if tons of inaccurate data.
