What indicators or variables should be considered for the subjective evaluation of training sessions in order to provide quality feedback for Athletica?

This is a good question.
I tend to write down how I felt during each part of the session and make a note of anything external that may have had an impact on the session (weather, external stresses, running with a pack etc…). I also say how I felt overall and if I think the session was effective.
It would be cool to know if there’s anything specific we should be tlking about in the feedback.
Good questions indeed @JuanKuster. @PEW is accurate with the approach… ultimately just comment often and honestly about the sessions and sentiment is detected. Some insight here fyi.
