Hello, hello. Last December I suffered a knee injury and needed surgery. I had the operation in February. I’ve already finished my medical leave. I’ll still need a bone graft soon. So, I’ve been advised to do a lot of strength training, but also swimming and cycling to lose weight and optimize muscle mass. I won’t be able to run for at least the next 2 or 3 years, depending on my recovery. I’d like to know when you’ll have swimming or aquabiking-only options available in the plan generation settings?

Similar situation here! I use the workout wizard (cross-training tab) to swap running for swimming, bike or gym training

Just chiming in that I would love a swimming only option. Locally we have annual open water races with an option for 1 mile, 2 mile, or 3 mile. My master’s coach is a sprinter, so he’s still trying to figure out how to deal with all of the triathletes he’s coaching, nevermind someone looking to do a 3 mile race!
