Is there a way to swap training weeks?

Im deep into my triathlon training plan and currently in a build week with the biggest training load yet. Unfortunately I’m on business trip all well with limited time and access to training facilities. Next week I’ll be back home and would love to do this weeks build week instead of the prescribed recovery week. Is there any way to swap the whole week? What would you suggest me to do? Thank you

Hi Oli,

You should be able to drag and drop the workouts individually. This is not as easy as moving the whole week, though.

@Oli If you go to your “Roadmap” you can click on one of the veritcal bars and it will give you options to swap entirely with another week. This is what mine looks like as an example:

I was able to swap this weeks training with the recovery week. Unfortunately it got kind of bonkers with the two swim sessions on monday, but ill just delete the technique one as well as one of the triple session on tuesday :smiley: Gotta love the perscribed almost 17h of training which ill never be able to do
