Manually creating weeks

I have an athlete who is transitioning to a body recomposition/strength training focused block for the next 12-weeks. I’d like to have 3x strength training sessions and 2x endurance sessions planned for them. No matter how I manipulate the settings, I can’t seem to get the software to give me enough strength training. So, I’d like to manually create weeks but I can’t seem to do that if I go unscheduled.

In short, can I manually create a 12-week plan to fit my athletes needs or does everything have to be completely AI generated?

this will be nice improvement. I typically increase my strength training in off season to 4x/week in early off season and 3x /week in later off season. I’ve been struggling with the same issue since you can only build sessions starting Monday for one week only. Hyrox gave me the closest plan with 3 strength sessions per week, but it required a lot of adjustments too since it is Strength/Run program.
