Modality Distribution and Workout Sync

Hello!

I was a subscriber to Athletica last year and recently resubscribed after seeing all of the neat UI changes that were implemented. However, one thing that seems to have disappeared is the modality distribution, unless I’m missing it somewhere? I would like to be at 65% bike and 35% run.

Also, a lot of my past workouts are missing (I connected Garmin, Strava, Intervals), and my load seems pretty low to start. IE 600-700 load average over recent weeks but my plan is starting at 475. I think it’s probably because my workouts haven’t synced properly (I even tried uploading a .zip file of all of them). Any thoughts? Thanks!

It looks as if my most recent workout upload worked, so hopefully that fixes things. Still curious about the Modality Distribution option though? Thanks!

Modality distribution was removed because it wasn’t providing meaningful value or impacting your plan in a reliable way.

I do use a breakdown of modalities under Insights/Summary. Not sure if that is what you are looking for. I find it very useful!
