Choose How Your Workouts Are Prescribed to Intervals.icu
You can now control how your workouts are sent to Intervals.icu. Choose whether workout intensity should be prescribed based on:
- Pace
- Power
- Heart Rate
- Let the AI Coach decide for you
This setting can be found in your Intervals.icu connection settings and gives you more control over how your training is displayed in Intervals.
Total Elevation Tracking
Your training statistics now include total elevation gain, giving you a more complete picture of your training load and the climbing you’ve accomplished.
Improved Year-Based Consistency Score
The consistency score in your training insights now calculates based on the specific year you’re viewing. When looking at the current year, it accounts for the portion of the year that has elapsed, providing a more accurate reflection of your training consistency.
