Appologies for posting this - I am sure you must be aware of this.
But the overall Athletica experience since weeks feels more like a gigantic beta test. Core functions not working, training adjustments close to impossible. Even if that alone would not be enought, but the overall performance of the site is way beyond poor. During US day times, it keeps loading for ever - nothing happens. Can’t access anything, not in a browser, not in the app.
I am deeply sorry, but the product is barely usable at the current state.

Sorry you are having trouble.
The screen grab you posted indicates you could possibly try clearing your cache and refreshing your browser. I have dealt with many, many customer service tickets since launch and typically if something isn’t loading properly it is browser that needs clearing.
