Possible to turn down the sycophancy and wordiness of session analysis?

I got the following for a strength session today:

You've demonstrated excellent commitment by fully complying with your strength
and conditioning session's duration, achieving a RPE of 7/10, which reflects a
significant effort. Your feeling of 4/5 indicates that you're managing your
intensity well, and it’s encouraging to hear that you find power work enjoyable.
This positive mindset is crucial as it directly contributes to your performance
and motivation.

As you look ahead to your scheduled VO2 Max row session, it's essential to
maintain that balance between effort and recovery. Given your recent tendency to
push a bit harder than planned, I encourage you to focus on pacing today to ensure
you hit the target zones effectively without overexerting yourself. If you feel
fatigued or notice any stiffness, consider adjusting the intensity or duration of
your session to prioritize recovery. Keep up the fantastic work, and remember that
listening to your body is key to long-term success!

I find the second paragraph useful (ish), but the first is just telling me what I entered in my feedback, which isn’t very useful. I see that the conversational coach has settings; do those apply to the session analysis as well?

Have you already tried the different settings for the AI Coach?

I have it set to “Professional - Concise, Confident” and “Sport Scientist”. I don’t see anything else to make it shorter and more direct.

I haven’t actually made any use of the conversational AI coach, so can’t really compare the settings for that stuff.

This isn’t a big deal, but I’ve started just ignoring the first paragraph. I’d rather just have a “give me the bullet points of what to do differently next time” setting.
