I have a mismatch between power targets and heart rate targets. The below screenshots are a good example of the issue. The session was prescribed as aerobic with upper limits of 118bpm HR and 117 watts power respectively.
I rowed to the HR targets with full compliance, yet the recorded actual power is well outside what was prescribed.
I’m sleeping fine and feel good between sessions so dont think I’ve got a suppressed heart rate from poor recovery or illness. I’ve done two test weeks, one several weeks ago.
The mismatch is most noticeable with prescribed zone 2 & 3 sessions.
