I thought I would test out this after using a competitor for 2 years. Not impressed with the plan it put together, but maybe its me.
I am only training for three 70.3s (and a half marathon). It has me swimming between 3900 and 7200 yards in one workout regularly, that is alone is crazy amount of swimming.
It also has the day before my half marathon doing a 2 hour 15 minute bike ride, an 1 hour 20 minute run and a second 35 minute run. So much for tapering, even if it is a B race.
The screenshot below is what it gives me for race week of my A race. Where is the recovery? Why is there a Run off the Bike without a bike workout?
