Strength Training Options

I’m trialing Athletica as a coach, and as someone with a background in S&C am wondering if there are advanced strength program options for athletes who do their strength training in a gym. I don’t seem able to find this option or maybe its a future feature?

Hi! ATHLETICA refers to functional strength programs for running and light plyometrics.

In any case, feel free to use the Workout Library to find “classic” strength sessions. There are plenty!
