Hello,
me again (maybe I’m just unlucky),
I see two similar workouts in my training plan, but one is called “tempo” and the other is called “threshold” (marked as a key session). Why are they named differently?
Thank you

This looks like an issue with the workout it chose in the global library, or whatever it used for a template. My threshold runs are all at L4 intensity:
@jhbuchholz is right. in Athletica parlance Tempo and threshold should be different training zones as per: How Athletica Closes the Cycle: From Athlete Profiling to Training Prescription | Your Site Name
Tempo is L3A and L3B zones with top of the latter being your threshold. The bottom of L4 is your threshold. Sounds like one of them is mis labelled as Threshold if its L3B. Maybe raise a support ticket with the query?
