How does Athletica calculate the training load of a session?
I am running easy base currently. My actual load per minute seems to be about 12% below what Athletica plans for my workouts (eg today I was supposed to do TL of 59 in 53 minutes and I got 59 for 59 minutes). This seems to be a constant factor between different length aerobic runs.
But today, to continue my example, my actual HR was 125 vs plan’s 119, my distance was 6.3 vs plans 6.1, my power 200 W vs plan’s 180. Pace was lower of course, because I am slow, but this is an output of the other metrics.
What is driving this discrepancy?
