I have some nice propositions inspired by other services- respond if you would like them in comments so that Athletica.AI crew would implement them faster!
- Possibility to change disposition in certain day - not only by configurating weekdays, but also when you know you can do only running for 45 min on 15th may, type in into calendar and AI adopts.
- Mixed HR/power/tempo workouts - instead of slow runs always HR and fast runs all by power, have speed workouts that use HR for WU/CD/recovery, and power for fast/tempo segments- extremely useful!
- Deleting old workouts from garmin connect- my library is overloaded by so much athletica’s workouts that I’m not going to need more- it’s hard to find mine among this list!
- Workouts labelled by numbers- makes it easy to tell if your device has synchronized correctly, cause now when all base runs are named the same, it’s hard to tell, and hard to manually delete old workouts etc, a number can tell you right away if it’s ok!
