Workout Differences in Low v. Medium Volume?

Is there a way to see what workouts are “included” in each volume level of the plan for certain sports?

For example, when I’ve been in a one day all around cycling plan, low volume is generally pretty consistent from week to week: 30/30s, SE, aerobic, and then maybe a race pace or threshold depending on what phase I am in.

I tried medium volume for a while, and in addition to those same workouts expanding to have more sets / more time, I had medium intensity intervals weekly.

As I look ahead to the offseason, I was hoping to better understand what the general differences are in plans aside from the increase of duration. Thanks for any guidance you can provide!

The intensity is identical; what changes are the aerobic sessions (there are more of them in the ‘High’ version).

At the moment no I don’t believe so. When I was looking to do something similar for marathon / ironman training last year I simply just spent a day rebuilding plans and seeing what they brought with them!

Same - I usually just try it, can revert if you don’t like it, but usually you do get more options and differently styled workouts. E.g. a run gets more tempo with different distances, bike gets more variety in the strength endurance and aerobic sessions. The starred “core” sessions usually stay the same, it’s the additional volume.
