This must be wrong…, today after many days of patient waiting my AI usage was supposed to reset to zero but it reset to 99%. I guess it’s not right. I just asked him a question and it immediately went to 100% so I must wait again

@Jose-Manuel The usage does not reset to zero, at least not from 99%, except that the complete 99% usage was used on a single day.
Instead, AI usage is - at least as far as I know - a 30day average - which means that usage counters are never reset to zero but just the usage 30 days back is deducted from the current Value.
If you have accumulated the 99% during the last few days, I think you will have to wait for two to four weeks until the counter starts dropping again.

Thanks for the clarification but how’s it possible that it resets to 99% after 20 days without using it ?

AI coach runs on a rolling 30-day usage window.
If someone uses 100% of their allowance in a single day, that usage stays counted for the next 30 days. During that time, AI Coach won’t be available again until that day drops out of the window.
For normal, day-to-day use this isn’t an issue. The system is designed for steady use over time, not all at once. If your 99% occurred in the last 10 days then it is working as intended. Otherwise, I’d open a ticket by emailing the support team to investigate.

Mine peaked at 35%, dropped to 27% this morning, then up to 29% after a couple of questions. Does look like a rolling average, with maybe a question representing 1%. Thus an allowance of average 3 questions per day.

Hopefully it drops by a 3% if you don’t use it for a day but mine was 100% for 20 days not using it. It’s not clear to me what rolling average means in this case

Lookimg at my usage this morning, it has dropped down to 24%. I would definitely contact support if yours is still hovering at 99%. Perhaps they can show you the workings that comes up with 99% for you.

If you use it a lot in the beginning of the 30 day average and reach 100% very quickly, then yes, it can be fully possible that you wait for 29 days before it resets. Spend the entire 100% on first day and you’ll have to wait. If you believe this is a mistake, then please email us.

Yesterday 82%. No questions and this morning I wake up at 85%. I like very much the ai coach utility but it’s usage is very limited and unclear at least to me.

Ai coach chat usage is a rolling 30 average.
I guess it is possible it would go up if you didn’t use it much in the beginning of that 30 day window.
