Beginner question: How to add additional training slot just for the upcoming week?

Hi all,

I used the search function, but did not find how the logic of athletica is on this question. I generally got a rest day on mondays. Now the upcoming week I got some time to add a workout. Is there anywhere the possibility to ask athletica to add a workout on that day, without using the plan builder (what would put the change to all upcoming weeks)? Or do I use the workout builder and change it back to “rest day” after the coming week?

You can just add a workout to any day.

In the iOS app there is a “add workout from library” on the day view and a + in the week view.

On the web hi there is a + at the top right you can add.

You out what you need and the system will recalculate the plan.
