Beta Program Daily time availability & constraints

Hi @Prof, I just noticed Row no longer appears in my Thresholds settings. It definitely was before. I’m not 100% sure this is related to joining the beta, but I thought I’d let you know. Thanks!

Sorry @Fazel… I’m seeing it here in your Plan Overview? Where are you noticing this?

Hmm, I didn’t think about updating there. I will do this. It disappeared from the Training Settings dialogue…

Oops, my screen doesn’t allow me to edit for some reason…

Strange @Fazel … I just changed both critical power and HR by one unit each and no issues saving. Perhaps log out and log in again. If it persists, please let us know the browser you are using and include a screenshot.

Hi. Could i please added to beta version? I would try the weekly planner. Thank you

Hi @Prato. Absolutely but please read above thread first. The beta testing group is exclusive to subscribers only. If you decide to subscribe, please come back here and I will add you.
All the best,
Paul

Thank you. Sorry if I didn’t read it before.
The point is thsi:
If i can not plan my week it’s higly possible i will not remain with Athletica. This is a second chance I asked because it seems to me a good app but I need a more fixed schedule.
Let’s see…

Thank you @Prof Just tested this and was wondering if there will be in the future any way to mark the days i.e. as non swimming days or something. The struggle I was hoping to have solved before was to minimize the swim sessions to like 2 days (1. I have limited time 2. the swimming times at the swimming pools are usually 45 mins ). At the moment I have like 3 sessions per week, where they are like 18mins + 28mins +1h - I know I can merge the first 2 in 1 session but seems to be counterintuitive  So I would have to create probably like 7 constraints? Maybe if there would be like days to pick for each part of triathlon that would be great i.e. Tue+Sun - Swim, Mon+Wed+Sat - bike (Sat long bike) etc… I would also like to change the modality distribution but not sure if I would change the % it would give me still 3 session with like 15mins sessions. Any advice other then deleting the sessions weekly would be great

Hi @Kreska ,
Yes - so now that you are in the beta group, head over to this new section in your training settings and have a play with them. Remember to wait for 24 hours for the brain of Athletica to try to meet those constraints for you (whilst still working to optimize your training load and adaptation).

Hi @Prof
Thank you, yes, I was there , and I also read the thread about too many constraints that might not work well with Athletica brain  Hence my question (or suggestion) to have been able to pick which days for which activity i.e. Mon - swim, Tue - Run,Bike, Wed - etc. and availability of time per day. That was the case in another platform , which is quite handy in my opinion to plan the week  Anyway thank for support and I will try to play around with this availability

and btw, not that I’m complaining about this, it would be good to have:) Besides that, I love the platform so far, especially the alternative trainings - very helpful if no time for 1h training and the whole adjustability possibilities is great  Great job with the platform !!!

Thanks @Kreska … we’re rethinking and designing the UTC system as we speak. Can I ask please what platform you are taking that screenshot from? It’s pretty nice UI.

@Prof It’s Humango, although I have access to my old account, I can’t see this part in my old account as I don’t have any goal set (premium account needed), but you can see this and I took the screen shot from this app review on YT https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p0vAs7G_jys - it is at about 4th min
