Have I chosen a setting that makes Tuesdays particularly challenging or is it like this for everyone? I always seem to have a swim, bike, and run. Even with a 2.5 hour brick, Saturdays are actually easier.
Yeah i used to have that as well in my triathlon plan.
Not sure why it’s always Tuesday. If I didn’t have the time to do all 3 I used to just move the run to a different day (or delete the swim….)
I think that’s just to better split the overall volume across the week instead of having too much of it during weekend.
Yes, it’s the same for everyone! But don’t worry…the great thing about ATHLETICA is that you can move some sessions to other days and Ai will recalculate everything for you…feel free to do what you can, but I recommend keeping the hardest session (which should be the Low Cadence Bike) for that day.
It appears so with other posters also reporting it… so many times for me I started calling it Triathlon Tuesday. Currently not for me as I’ve got no scheduled races and I’m in a maintain sort of plan.
But yes, it is a lot to fit into a weekday for those of us with jobs and a life. That said I get it done… running in the dark, swim on my lunch break and bike in the evening.
It is a big day - I like @tri4autism 's Triathlon Tuesday! If you have to prioritize one of those sessions, it would be the bike.

They are big days - I have them and I think if you are able to manage them in your schedule, you will get some big gains from those ‘triple’ session days. I always have a hard time getting out for my third session, which is usually the run….but running on tired legs is good practice!
