Compatibility Request - Wahoo

I currently use a Wahoo KICKR Core bike trainer for indoor riding and Wahoo ELEMNT ROAM V2 bike computer to manage my indoor and outdoor rides. I’d like the ability to sync Athletica workouts to my bike computer and/or the Wahoo app so I am able to run the planned workouts from computer as well as having my workout data uploaded from the computer to Athletica upon completion.

Thanks!

Just putting this out there again. Any users that use the Wahoo system, we are searching for a .fit file example that Wahoo outputs. Anyone reading, please get in touch if Wahoo integration is desired.

I can provide a .fit file from a Wahoo Roam computer. Where should I send it?

amazing thanks @tlcowman0 … could you please send to hello@athletica.ai

  • Wahoo integration is now available for all beta users
    • Users can choose to auto-sync bike/run workouts, and, have the option of choosing how to prescribe sessions by once in Wahoo (e.g. same as Garmin)
    • It would be great if we could get feedback ASAP from beta users so we can release to all

I recently exported a training ride from Athletica to Wahoo. I started my Wahoo ROAM 2, did a sync and like magic there was my training ride! Looks like a great job all around!!

Wanted to ask the group a question regarding my plans for upgrading equipment and compatibility. First off, I have been using Athletica.AI for almost two years and plan to continue. Such a great service! I sync my Athletica.AI with my Garmin Connect. From Garmin Connect, I sync to my Garmin Edge 530 cycling head unit for my cycling workout. I have been using a Saris M2 smart trainer, that I plan to replace it with a Wahoo Kickr V6. The research that I have done, appears that switching to the Kickr, would be seamless and I can continue to get my training sessions completed in this same way. Do others agree? Any challenges or concerns that I should be aware of? I also looked at the Garmin Tacx Neo 2T, to keep everything within the same brand family. Prices appear about the same. I am open to suggestions. Many thanks in advance. -Joe
