after switching from TrainerRoad to Athletica, I’m extremely happy with the adaptive HRV logic — but there’s one gap many of us may face: there’s no way yet to mark a future week as a planned high-load / camp block.
Athletica reacts after a heavy week perfectly, but can’t yet be told beforehand that a 6-day Mallorca or Alps camp is coming. For structured periodisation, this would help a lot.

Would this be technically feasible, and is something like Camp & Block Planning already on the roadmap or in beta? If yes, I’d love to join or help test.

Thank you for voicing this. I am sure many others would love this feature as well.
There is no Camp&Block Planning feature currently in testing, but you can move weeks around in your Overview - Roadmap - click on the week you’d like to move (like base3 or build3 for the big week of camp) and then change the date for that week. Follow that week with scheduling a recovery week using the same method.
The problem is that these “special weeks” often do not coincide with calendar weeks…
I see this very related to the business travel/family duty/whatever “rest days” issue…
Now, how do we, AAI, handle Wed–Wed training camps, Mon– Wed business travel without bike and practically no time for endurance sport, that family event Fri–Sun, etc. … in advance?
I.e., how can we have the AI coach adjust the days before these “occurrences” ?
