Looking for advice. I’ve missed my bike session 100% of the time so far (3 weeks in). It simply does not sync properly and keep up to date with my plan as it changes.
Forcing syncs doesn’t work either.
In about 2 mins I’m going out for 2:14 ride. Garmin connect says 2:14, Athletica says 2:14, I’ve synced, says complete - yet neither the workouts nor training plan say 2:14, it’s 2:04. Fortunately it’s aerobic, which was from yesterday morning before I shortened my run. So I’ll just go out longer - but this has messed up FTP, 30:30, etc.
Any advice?
