How to tell what plan you're in?

How can you tell what volume of plan you are in as well as what type (single day all arounder, cyclocross, etc.)? I used to be able to see this in the roadmap, and I’m not sure where to find it any longer. I asked AI Coach, but it gave me a different answer (it said I was in mid volume) than the coach who can see my plan (he indicated low volume). All I am able to see is overall phase (build, recovery, base, etc.).

The use case (if helpful) - I am trying to verify my plan switches over to a cyclocross plan after my A race. I don’t see any running or CX workouts in the plan after my A race this spring, and I can’t tell if it’s because theres a bug in the CX plan or if it’s still on all arounder.
