I am new to atheletica.ai and this morning created an account, connected intervals.icu and Strava, and let ich chew… It said it was done importing data, created a test week and also a plan beyond.
The first issue I see is that there are workouts missing in my history. I see all kinds of activities (indoor and outdoor rides, indoor and outdoor runs, yoga, strength training) – but not all! All days have some activities, but not all. For instance, this weeks Monday Strava has 5 activities (including commutes), but only 3 are imported/shown in athletica.
It does not seem to be related to commutes, as some of these are also included…
How can I fix this (besides manually exporting elsewhere and importing here)? Can I trigger a new Strava import?
Possibly related, the numbers for fitness & fatique for “today” by athletic.ai are also much smaller than in i.icu – more than a factor 2 smaller.
One more (newbie?) issue with Strava activity sync: athletic.ai imported/synced my yoga/mobility session from this morning. Some seconds later, this was updated on Strava, i.e., the name changed by activityfix. However, that change does not show up in the athletica.ai plan.
Similarly, while the initial training plan was pushed to intervals.icu, AI updates to the plan in athletic.ai are not pushed to intervals.icu anymore…
Will that, eventually, happen automatically, can I trigger it, or ist this a shortcoming of the sync?
I seem to be suffering from a similar problem with the COROS integration — it just stopped synching workouts to COROS after a few times the plan was updated. COROS to athletics works.
In the end I started synching through intervals.icu and it was working as a workaround. But I guess you are saying that this is a wider issue that will reappear.
What I am saying is that the athletica.ai synced the original plan for next week to i.icu. But the updates of the plan at Athletica.ai, due to import of activities from Strava and constraints I had set, never made it to i.icu…
Also, the workout for tomorrow in not synced at all (I could likely do it manually, but don’t worry as I will go on a group ride tomorrow anyway:-|)
UPDATE: Now a.ai “updated” the plan on i.icu, too. Or, really, it simply added the latest version of its plan in addition to previous workouts.
I know this can easily done be correctly, i.e., updating existing workouts in i.icu – from own experience with the API and from using TrainerDay last winter…
Will submit a report to support.a.ai – but the original incomplete import and strange/unexpected fitness values are still open questions…
Any technical issue that needs our attention, please submit a request (support ticket) so we can help you out. I know @joku has already done so, thank you. @Wigster if you need assistance, please go to support.athletica.ai and submit your request.
Thanks, MJ
