We are ready to give Workout Wizard a test round and need your help with testing it before it release to all.
We are especially looking for testers in these sports: - Hyrox: 4 athletes
** - Run: 4–5 athletes**
** - Cycling: 2 athletes**
** - Rowing: 4–5 athletes**
Triathlon: filled up already. Thanks everyone.
If you are interested, please fill out this.
Only selected beta testers will receive an email.
Appreciate your time and help!
Thanks, MJ
Grateful to our volunteer testers for helping us catch bugs and give real athlete insight. It’s easy to critique—harder to build. Thanks for being part of the solution.
All jokes a side @Joe@Dafftt :
Kindness and constructive feedback are non-negotiable.
We welcome critical feedback about the UI and the product - it helps us improve.
What we won’t allow is sniping, personal digs, or calling out/accusing other members (e.g. “which volunteer suggested that?” or “don’t use the same people…”).
If you have feedback, bring it like this:
What happened (specific)
Why it matters (impact)
What you’d change (suggestion)
If you’re here to vent at people or stir things up, this isn’t the place (there are plenty of other forums that allow this - but we don’t).
From this point on, posts/comments that break our “be kind” rule will be removed. Repeated behaviors will lead to warning and then a ban if it continues.
Thanks for keeping this forum helpful for everyone. IF you’re unsure whether something crosses the line, message me first.
So you think it’s normal for two different sports to have the same color? Seriously, you really approved that?
As for the story about having an indication that the plan has changed, did the beta testers really say okay, it’s not worth it, when 99% of the forum is in favor of adding this feature?
“If you want the job done right, jump in and volunteer.”
To be clear, if I want the job done right, I have to pay for my subscription and correct the developers’ work? Tell me if I’m wrong.
Ok. You’re wrong. There were a lot of issues with the old UI that limited the development team. If you want the old UI and the limits it placed on improvements and new features then you’re in the minority. Nobody outright said, “we need a new UI”, but the community did ask for enough new features and improvements that it made some sort of significant change necessary. So, if you want improvements and new features, and the team says “this is what it takes” and you’re unwilling to pay that price then you are wrong.
And that is all I have to say on this. Good luck with your training!
As a yearly paying subscriber, all these service disruptions and inaccuracies are frustrating. The product has to work: people stop being polite past a certain point.
