Management of more days or weeks of injury/illness

Hello! What to do if you are injured or sick for many days? I noticed that by setting “Injury” from WoWizard the following sessions are not shortened to ensure a slow recovery but are even increased to recover the previously lost load. Am I doing something wrong? I think that after many days of injury you have to resume gradually with a few days of low-intensity aerobic

Yes, you need to listen to your body and adjust your training just like you mention. Trust your own instinct. Athletica will adapt as you get back into training again.
