Do you need to select “I don’t want running schedualed” on each seperate day?

I assume that you are on triathlon plan. I would honestly use workout wizard. Using the daily availability could work but I fear it’s going to be too many restrictions for the system to handle effectively.
I would personally do this:
Lower volume
Manually change runs to bike or swims or row, or elliptical or skiing (if possible) using workout wizard.
Manual work, I know.
