New UI Dashboard

It says I am in a build week, when I am in a recovery week.

Just wanted to come on here to say how much I love the new look and feel of the Dashboard. It has everything that I want to see at a glance - my current training, weekly summary, readiness to train and my upcoming goals etc., and if I want more information I can drill down further for more details. Well done team!

As I am using the AI coach to adjust my plan for ultra endurance cycling. The performance potential screen is my favourite place to visit.

This part enables me to see that my form and ramp rates are in the recommended ranges to be productive, without excessive risk of injury.

This week view enables me to ensure my form is in the right range for the day of the week my VO2 falls on. Through experience I have found where my form needs to be for me to have the freshness to execute them well.

The wider view lets me see my form as I approach my A event. My predicted form currently being 18 for my A event.

Great parts of the tool kit when you are more active in adapting your training to the needs for your event.

Plus of course I find the AI coach is giving some great responses. This yesterday, when I asked if I should include some tempo in today’s session.

I listened and stuck to the Z2.

Thank you @Phil @cmaloney for the kind comments. The team has been working hard to take onboard everyone’s feedback and we’re starting to land in a place we’re proud of. Special thanks to @Marjaana who leads the work taking your feedback to our development team so that your requests become reality.

The new UI has been having some fantastic and useful updates in recent weeks. I have a question about workout uploads to my Garmin. Currently, I have AI Coach choose the workout target, but I remember used to be an option to specify whether run and bike workouts were based on pace and power or heart rate. I can not seem to find that setting anymore. Was it moved, changes or removed? I did find something similar through Devices & Apps > Garmin Configure> Prescribe Workouts by AI Coach> Pace, Power, Heart Rate. However it appears I can only select only one of those metrics. Thank you for the assistance. -Joe

Hey Joe, welcome back,
You can also re-sync by other metric from the workout itself - right click.
