Not importing workouts to Garmin anymore

Hi,

My workouts do not import to Garmin. Everytime I close the athletica app, the connection to garmin disapears. I have tried to manually send it to garmin and nothing happens. I have tried connecting and disconnecting from garmin and it still does not function.

2 weeks ago, every morning, my workouts of the day would show up on the garmin app and be sync to my watch but since then nothing has been syncing from athletica to garmin. However, once I am finished by a workout (that I do by memory) the athletica app gets the workout from garmin and gives me the summary as usual. Just very annoyed with not being able to select it on my watch.

I can see that people had similar issues in 2024 and 2025

Please share any screenshots, device , browser when you do so er can investigate.
Sounds like though you may want to make sure you are connected on web and double check on Garmin connect that you see athletica connection

Hi Marjaana,

Thank you for your quick response, I have contacted support@athletica.ai. I have sent screenshots to the email chain but I think the email chain may be broken as I have gotten over 9 emails repeating the same steps over and over again.
