yeah, Asker would be cool – for much more than the „training the gut“![]()
- How many CHO per time/duration/effort and weight/power – is the graph in his blog still “current”? Esp. also for non-pros: amateur, competetive age groupers, hobby riders.
- Which CHO, depending on duration and intensity: Glucose vs. fructose; maltodextrin, fructose, isomaltulose, cluster-dextrin, other “long” sugars, houshold sugar? … protein during ride? And what’s about “real food” for GA? After intensity?
- Training the gut.
- (Controlled) Fueling before and after exercise/race. From full tracking to local/acute actions.
- And many more:-)
