Rowing plan - short or standard distance

I’ve returned to surf boat rowing. I’m working toward a multi race per day, two day event in 8 weeks time. Each race is about 5 to 7 minutes depending on sea conditions, and typically its a sprint over the first 100/200 metres, out round a buoy and back, often with a sprint to finish, or near nil effort to finish, depending on waves. I’m carrying a medium-high level of fitness with several years of bike training, and several months of rowing erg training.

I am going to rebuild my plan. I have two recent test weeks as baseline.

Any advice on whether to go for Sprint or Standard Distance Rowing plan? I don’t know how Athletica baselines this.
