RPE Entry option

It would be nice to have a ‘pop-up’ ask for RPE when I open the app, rather than ask for it in the coach’s commentary.

The commentary is immediate and does not give me time to enter RPE. The commentary would be more meaningful with RPE, but the app needs to accommodate me providing it prior to drafting commentary.

I suppose it would be OK if the commentary were already spooled up; in case the user didn’t want to give any RPE feedback, they could just swipe past the “ask”.

I realize the commentary would not be immediate if the AI reacts to the RPE, but waiting a moment doesn’t seem like a big negative.

Apple added a feature a while back to ask for RPE every workout, and if I go around Strava and upload that directly to Athletica it pulls that in. Clearly Strava doesn’t store or pass that through, but it looks like there’s a similar feature on Garmin watches and it is stored in Garmin Connect. Have you tried that?

Also if you have a Garmin, some of them have the feature where you can plug in RPE and that goes directly into Athletica.

Did you have to change anything to get Apples RPE to Strava and Athletica? I always enter my RPE on Apple Watch but have never seen it on Athletica.

I use HealthFit to export .fit files among other things. If I export there and manually upload that to Athletica the RPE gets read in
