You are warmly invited to join us on Velocity Live sessions. You can even pick and chose from several types of LIVE sessions during February:
Tuesday 8:30am CT- Strength Endurance
Tuesday 12pm CT - LONG HIIT 4mins/2mins
Thursday 8:30am CT - SHORT HIIT 30/30s
These are available as replays as well.
Coaches MJ, Paul Warloski and The Prof will be available for you to ask questions about the sessions.

You’ll even get mini-lessons from the @Prof during the workout. Just because we are all about empowering and educating you!

PS. Here’s a power chart from today’s session which to a sports scientist looks like a dream :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: look at the power increase from rep to rep and set to set. WR down to about 10% indicating this was probably “just right” Goldilocks load wise. HR steadily increasing during the sets, and nicely decreasing during the breaks between sets, indicating the athlete was fully in control of the effort. A beautiful data to geek out on :blush: This could also be you! Come learn and have fun, and see your power and fitness grow!
