(Advice needed) Best App for ai nutrition coaching and etc

Ive used some glucose monitor/nutrition apps like Veri and MyFitnessPal and Supersapiens etc.

What do people recommend for cyclists getting ready for race season?
Id love some advice or any tips

I’ve used My Fitness Pal with several of my athletes to get a sense of what they’re eating and the macro breakdown. We especially look at whether they’re getting enough protein.

My wife uses Nutracheck for tracking what she is eating. It has a UK slant in terms of ease of scanning packaging bar codes

https://cronometer.com/ is a really good app actually based in Revelstoke, BC where I live. I would highly recommend it :slight_smile:
